Meet The Cindy Davidson Team

Our team is here to assist, buyers, seller, renters, estates and investors with all things Real Estate.

The Cindy Davidson Team are all local Full Time Realtors with combined experience of over 55 years. They have a full time Executive Assistant who takes care of all paperwork, scheduling showings, inspections, closings and is in Constant Contact with all our clients. She coordinates with our part time showing assistant to help with night & weekend showings and listings to make sure no buyer or seller is not assisted.

Our team not only works all areas in Georgia from the North Ga Mountains to the coast and all points in between. And now in addition to Georgia they cover Southeast Tennessee as well from Chattanooga to Knoxville including Lake Chickamauga and Watts Bar Lake.

We specialize in Residential Real Estate, assisting everyone from the 1st time buyer to investment properties to luxury to those downsizing, we work closely with corporate relocation companies and have years of experience in helping families with Estates.
